Cherie is a health and wellness coach on a mission to make wellbeing easy and accessible to all

Cherie Rae is the founder and principal coach at Urban Mind Lab.  She’s passionate about translating cutting-edge research from behaviour change psychology, neuroscience, nutrition and movement science into practical strategies for health, happiness and success.

When she’s not cycling through Cuba or building houses in Nicaragua, Cherie coaches hundreds of men and women every year to get in the best shape of their lives – physically and mentally.

She has studied exercise and body composition under renowned Olympic Strength Coaches and has partnered with the world’s best nutrition and behaviour change academics to deliver a world-class habit-based nutrition-coaching curriculum.

In addition to her qualifications in fitness and nutrition, Cherie is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy practitioner,
Life Coach and a passionate mindfulness advocate.
